At Juicy Couture, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select your return items.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Tracksuit

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all signature Juicy Couture tags and hygiene liners are still intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
